(1) What's your payment term ?

Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

(3) What's your delivery time ?

It is based on the size for your trampoline park. Normally it takes about 20 working days.

(4) Is there any warranty for the trampoline park?

Yes, .Our quality guarantee is 5 years for frame & 2 years for mat. We will provide you free customized design according to your location.

(5)How about the installation for trampoline parks?
The installtion manual will be sent when the trampolines park is finished. If you found it difficult to install and asked us for help, we'll be glad to be at your service.We can send our guys to help you to finish the installation.The installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.
